Notes:
Bring both arms in front of your chest. The arms should be bent at the elbow with the forearms side by side (one fist apart) and palms turned toward your face. The hands should be chest level. Extend the punch forward at chin level, rotating the fist until the palm is down. You should be punching with the fore-knuckles. Your body turns slightly with each punch about ten degrees. Alternate arms, starting slowly and then build speed. The target is the chin. Remember to rotate the punching fist at the last moment. |
